Stone & Wood Brewery
Commercial Hospitality
Stone and Wood beer is synonymous with Byron Bay, and most Byron Bay frequenters will be familiar with the iconic Stone & Wood brewery. Located in Byron’s arts and industry precinct, the working brewery recently underwent a refurbishment spearheaded by local Architect Harley Graham. Harley and his team had to consider the practicalities of a working brewery as well the experience of the tasting room visitors.
Klay was delighted to be the tile supplier for the brewery area. The tile of choice had to be compliant with a high slip rating and the design brief called for a heritage style hexagonal format. Considering both the technical requirements and the budget, Klay was able to source the perfect tile from a long-standing German specialised manufacturer.
