Panel Formats
The Extruded Stoneware Panels are available in a range of standard heights from 150mm through to 600mm and panel lengths custom manufactured for each project at 1mm increments up to a maximum of 1800mm. The largest panel size due to technical reasons is 1800x600mm. As depicted below there are some technical limitations with panel heights less than 300mm high. There are a large range of mechanical fixing options which facilitate horizontal and vertical panel orientations, overhead soffits and both stack bond and various other bond layouts.

Colours and Finishes
The KeraTwin® panels are available in a large range of colours and surface finishes. KeraTwin® presents over 100 different colour options including a range of glazed stain matt and gloss colours, unglazed colours, stone, concrete, timber and metallic surface finishes. The SpectraView series, developed by renown European colour designer, Peter Zoernack, comprises nine harmoniously co-ordinated uniform glazed satin matt colour families and 10 vibrant matt and gloss contrasting colours. The nine coordinated colour families include Cream, Yellow, Apricot, Salmon Red, Pink, Neutral Grey, Grey, Blue and Green family groups shown below.
The Natura Unglazed series comprises a range of 15 natural earthy tones. The Natura series resembles the classic colours of a Terracotta panel but in a more durable maintenance free Ceramic Stoneware material. The Design Unglazed series completes the unglazed options across the range. The Design Unglazed series is a specially manufactured set of 4 panel colours with a slightly heavier surface texture. The Golden Red, Golden Cream, Golden Grey and Golden Anthracite panels are interspersed with a fine golden fleck and provides designers with a unique material choice.
The KeraTwin® colour options are completed by the vast options of the Design Glazed range which include panels finishes in stone, concrete, metal, metallic and timber look panel finishes. The Stone look panels include the newly released big and bold surface of the Milan series, the full stone features of Savona, the Sandstone surfaces of Quarzit and the finer subtle stone like features of the Rockface, Mega, Haze and Stonewall series. Design Glazed Cement range includes the 2 concrete tones of the Construct series. Design Glazed Metal includes several Metal and Metallic panel finishes and Streetlife Rust that provide options for architects looking for a classic metal and metallic like aesthetics. These options provide architects with the durability and long lasting features of a Ceramic Stoneware panel with a metallic appearance. Finally, the timber look range replicate the natural timber grains and knots in the Oak and Driftwood series and the finer timber texture of Bosco. Inspirational Applications

Mechanical Fastening Systems
The KeraTwin® façade system comprises numerous engineered proprietary fixing solutions that adapt to a range of substrate and design considerations. Systems include various proprietary rail and clamp solutions for horizontal, vertical and overhead fixing of panels. Stack bond, stretcher bond and other bond panel arrangements can be easily accommodated by selection of the detailed solutions presented by the Agrob Buchtal standard engineering details. All of the Agrob Buchtal fixing solutions have been honed over 4 decades of façade engineering expertise and enable cost effective and quick façade installation whether its low, medium or high rise buildings. Solutions can be tailored to allow for modularised prefabricated outcomes for high rise developments. Systems are suitable for both new buildings as well as refurbishment projects. All systems are equipped with an integrated compression spring which holds panels securely in position and prevents rattling during windy conditions. Within each system, various proprietary solutions exist for finishing of external corners, opening embrasures, sills and soffits. Joints between panels can either be left open or closed with special aluminium joint profiles with joint profile colours chosen to either match panel colours or in contrasting colours.
